An easy, nutrient-packed breakfast or snack that looks as good as it tastes!
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Matcha green tea
- 180 ml Coconut milk
- ¾ cup Coconut yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
- Put all the ingredients for the chia pudding in a small bowl and combine. Let the mixture set for 20 minutes in the fridge, stirring two or three times to keep the mixture even.
- While you’re waiting prepare toppings ingredients.
