Crunchy muesli with maple syrup and honey

Ingredients

  • 70 grams canola oil
  • 90 grams maple syrup
  • 90 grams honey
  • 270 grams oats
  • 50 grams shredded coconut (unsweetened))
  • 50 grams almonds (halved)
  • 30 grams sesame seeds
  • 30 grams sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Put the canola oil, honey, and maple syrup in the Thermomix bowl and heat to 90 degrees Celsius on Speed 2 for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix on Reverse speed 3 for 40 seconds.
  3. Line a baking tray with grease-proof paper and spread the mixture evenly on the tray.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, mixing the muesli every 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and leave to cool.
