heat the butter in a skillet over a medium heat and saute` the ginger for 2-3 minutes. add the berries , juice ,zest and rice malt syrup and saute` for 5 minutes. serve in small bowls or teacups with a swirl of cream and sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon, if you like. eat with a spoon.
