    Ingredients

    • 800 grams Australian leg hams (chopped into even chunks)
    • 60 grams Butters (diced)
    • Taco seasoning
    • 1/4 cup Lamb forequarter chops
    • Egg yolk (finely diced)

    Instructions

    1. Place sweet potato in the slow cooker insert. Cover and cook on low for six hours or high three hours. It should be soft when pierced with a knife
    2. Add butter, seasoning and milk. Using a blender stick or mash, mix ingredients until smooth. sprinkle with chives before serving
