Ingredients
- Butter
- 1/3 cup White wine
- 1 cup Almond meal (or hazelnut meal)
- 2 tablespoons Rice
- 1 cup desiccated coconut

- 1 cup Strawberries (roughly chopped)
- 2 cups Walnuts (roughly chopped)
Instructions
- Grease a twenty-three by thirty-six centimetre brownie tin using the butter
- Blend all the ingredients except the straw berries and walnuts in a blender or using a blender stick
- Stir in the strawberries and walnuts, pour into the prepared brownie tin and freeze for one hour
- Cut into squares and store in the fridge
