- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 1 tablespoons Rice
- 1 1/2 cup Coconut milk (including the cream on top)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Vanilla essence (finely grated)

Instructions
- Blend the oats, chia seeds, milk,vanilla, carrot, spices, salt, banana or avocado mix and the walnuts and coconut flakes until smooth
- Pour into two jars and leave to soak overnight in the fridge, lids on
- In the morning, top with yoghert or whipped cream cream, granola and the remaining walnuts and coconut flakes
