- 130 grams Rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C
- Grease a 18 cm x 28 cm slice tin
- In a pan over medium heat, combine the sugar, butter and golden syrup
- Stir in the oats
- Press the mixture evenly into the slice tin
- Cook for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Let cool and then cut into 14 fat fingers (9 cm x 4 cm) or 28 squares (4.5 cm x 4 cm)
